Canadian to the core, eh? I am a writer of Science Fiction, Fantasy and YA fiction living in Stouffville. The writing bug bit me late in life, but I’m making up for it in spades. In 2013 my first YA novel was published, A Spear in Flight, and in 2014 the follow-up, A Sharp Spear Point came to light. My collection of short stories, Inside My Mind first made an appearance in 2014 as well. My short story “The Ship” is currently short listed with the MashStories writing contest. Keep me busy and I stay out of trouble An active member of the Writers Community of York Region, I can also be found through many other volunteer or fund raising ventures. I run a workshop called “The First Draft, a beginner’s guide to writing”, and also encourage young adults to spill forth their creative thoughts with the Blue Bridge Festival.
