Lorette C. Luzajic

Lorette C. Luzajic uses the phrase “mixed up media” to describe her style, which moves beyond collage to feature a vast array of materials, methods, sources, inspirations, and appropriations. Luzajic has a Bachelor of Journalism from Ryerson University. Her education in art is self-taught and far more intensive; an ongoing devotion to reading, documentaries, discussions, and constant attendance of art exhibitions and museums. Her work has been shown locally and internationally, including the Gladstone Hotel, the Artist's Project, Scotiabank Contact Photography Festival, the Ritz Carlton, Tangerine Bank corporate event, the Spoke Club, and Cityline TV with Art Bomb. She also writes about art, including the book, Fascinating Artists, and a Wine and Art column for Good Food Revolution.
